Marriage: It is a Knot that binds two souls into a life time relation. In vedic astrology and in many other religions it is considered as the purest and highest relation.
In vedic astrology there are more than three houses reserved that determine the marital life of a person. In vedic astrology the house opposite to lagna (i.e. the house of the native or person himself) is considered to be the main house for the spouse. It is the house which depicts the characteristic of the native's spouse.
There are many other important aspects of considering the marital life, like maglik dosha, ashta kuta guna matching, mahurata of marriage etc. We will discuss all of them time to time in our other upcoming posts.
